Application Software Each T.E.S. technician has extensive experience in the installation and configuration of office automation within one or more system environments. Application we are qualified to iimplement and personalize include, but are not limited to, ACT, GoldMine, SAP, BAAN, Oracle, Lotus,and Microsoft. Communications products include PC Anywhere, Citrix ...and others. Operating Systems TES has obtained manufacturer certification to support Windows/Windows-95/98/2000/NT, Novell, and UNIX. Equally important to manufacturer authorization, is the experience obtained in day to day diagnosis and problem solving. Experience received from project specific contracts to annual, on-site contracts, gives TES a broad base of practical experience in each of these operating systems.
